= The studies of the origins of characters + the studies of sounds & rimes
造字之本的六書:
The foundation of constructing the character is the Six Writings:
1) 造字法(象形 + 象事/指事)
The ways to create the character (pictograms + Ideograms)
2) 組字法(象聲/形聲 + 象意/會意)
The ways to group the character (phono-semantic compounds + Ideogrammatic compounds)
3) 用字法(轉注 + 假借)
The ways to use the character (Derivative cognates + Rebus {phonetic loan} characters)

漢字 Han Character:
日音 Kanji 韓音 Hanja
The sound in Japanese is Kanji. The sound in Korean is Hanja.
漢朝(至第3世紀)後, 小學遞減至不學, 大學則取而代之! 可是祖宗傳下來的原意失傳! 日文&韓文都以「漢字」作為注明是建立在小學上。第4世紀以前的寫作總是被錯解, 第20世紀以前的寫作也是被錯解, 因為第20世紀以後不寫文言文。
After the Han Dynasty (ended in the 3rd Century), the study of closely relating to the Hebrew word meanings gradually lessen to not widely being learned. The study of the meaning of the characters that were developed completely replaced that. It is then the original works before the 4th Century have been misinterpreted more and more over time. It has been for the before the 20th Century Chinese writings being misinterpreted the same as the contemporary Chinese writings began in the 20th Century.  The Japanese & Korean stayed without change and marked it with "漢字" for good.

「川」字是繪畫應許之地! 秦朝亦名大川(比較應許之地大的應許之地)。 輩分的大 = 離開應許之地的應許之地)! 秦朝版圖亦彷彿「川」字形! 
The "川" was the drawing of the map of The Promised Land.  Qin Dynasty AKA "大川 The bigger Promised Land" while the Promised Land was smaller.  Also meaningful in ranking that it departed so it is higher in ranking as "大 higher rank" vs "小 lower rank" in knowing the latest generation for reference!  The map of Qin Dynasty also looked somewhat like the shape of the character 川 as well.

A) 耶和華向亞伯蘭起誓應許之地。
Promised to Abraham.

創世記 15:12 日頭正落的時候,亞伯蘭沉沉地睡了;忽然有驚人的大黑暗落在他身上。
創世記 15:13 耶和華對亞伯蘭說:「你要的確知道,你的後裔必寄居別人的地,又服事那地的人;那地的人要苦待他們四百年。
創世記 15:14 並且他們所要服事的那國,我要懲罰,後來他們必帶著許多財物從那裏出來。
Genesis 15:12 And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.

Exodus 12:37 And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children.

The center line representing the Red Sea as well as the factual Jordan River as shown on the picture above. (Moses parted the Red Sea somewhere between the north of the Gulf of Suez and southern Gulf of Aqaba. Not clear what the content shown at the time of making up the character.)

Deuteronomy 34:1 And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the LORD shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,

創世記 14:14中亞伯蘭為侄羅得和他的一切直追到但(無追東西 = 尚無東西)!
Genesis 14:14 covered that Abram recovered all that his nephew Lot had by chasing after from south of Zaor all the way to north of Sea of Galilee where Dan was and is. It was mentioned as traveling from south to north and neither eastward nor westward along the way.

敗北 Retreat all the way to the north as the fight failed.

天南地北
天 (提達)管理南於 Zaor 周 (位死海之南, 於南約旦河, 如顯示於以上圖中)。
天 (Tidal) ruled the south of Zaor (located on the south of the Dead Sea on the south Jordan River as shown in the picture above).

地 (但)古今位於30KM公里之內, 北於加利利海, 於北約旦河。
地 (Dan) was and is within 30KM north of the Sea of Galilee on the north Jordan River.

或 or "五字經 Book of 5-Character phrases" written in the ChinBrew (a made up word for "小學" like for the purpose of explaining here that means the writing was in the Chinese but the meaning was in Hebrew still) way. 
由前第7世紀至至少第3rd 世紀, 中文以希伯萊文字義表達, 因為尚未達到現在中國疆界的大小, 以至希伯萊文字義為萬邦溝通用。
From the 7th Century B.C. to at the least the 3rd Century, the Chinese writings were expressed in the Hebrew meanings because it was just not the size of the China of today. The Hebrew meanings were for all nations there to communicate with.
